Jose Tavares bakes a wonderful selection of breads, savouries and sweets on the premises. Using locally-sourced organic ingredients the daily choice includes loaves, rolls, teacakes, ciabattas, focaccia and bloomers as well as quiches, tarts, brownies and caramel slices.
